This man’s bio is incredible. Master Del Pe, welcome to our show. How are you?
I’m fine, Corey. Thank you for inviting me to your show.
We’re overwhelmed and thrilled to have you. Can you please tell us a little bit about your background and help the readers out there understand how you got into the business that you’re in?
I was trained as a mechanical engineer, but I went into business after I worked with the biggest oil company in the world called Aramco in Saudi Arabia for ten years. I was trained as a black belt chief instructor of my system. I’ve been teaching and developing champions. I’ve been a mentor to a lot of CEOs in Saudi Arabia. They used to be doing business without the education to the business. When I was an engineer, I was privileged to have met a few good ones who asked my help. I had started training when I was twenty. I was an engineer since I was twenty. I graduated early in engineering. I had all these experiences both technical and strategic. As a business consultant, I had the strategic exposure and as an engineer, I had tactical exposure.
In martial arts, it gave me the ability to develop my willpower. In any strategic and tactical advantage, I had to develop my strategic mind, my philosophical mind, and my tactical expertise to be able to navigate the different array of services, which needs both the strategic and tactical mind. Born in the Philippines of a Chinese Filipino descent, I was also trained to use my heart a lot. Emotional intelligence is our way of life in the Philippines. My martial arts background in Japanese and Korean trained me to have the will and discipline which is important in any formula to succeed sustainably.
My engineer’s mind since I was educated by the European missionaries who came to the Philippines and I studied in that university, mind was a European mind. My heart is Filipino. My will is more Japanese martial arts and my entrepreneurial life had been trained in the US since I live in New York. I went to New Jersey, and then moved to Houston, Texas for a few decades. That’s where I learned to be an entrepreneur. Mixing all of these together plus my training with an immortal. I have a teacher who was immortal in the Himalayas between China and India. He stayed in the cave. I lived with him for a few months and learn the rigor of not eating for months, breatharianism. The yoga system is part of my training. That is also something that I had succumb myself to expose to the ancient wisdom teachings.
I went also to Tibet and Nepal. I went to the Towers Mountain of China searching for immortals and I found one. They said that he is 400 years old. I didn’t validate that, but I just know that he doesn’t eat anymore. He is naked in the caves where you have snow. These are my exposure, which grew me to think differently to act inside a box as an engineer, but outside the box as a philosopher. I had four teachers. Most of them are sages who grew and spiritually parented me to become a specialist in the esoteric and mystical lines. Having lived in many countries, I have to respect the ramifications of beliefs and practices in life, to practice unity, and to diversify approach.
Everyone has a style. The Westerners have a style, which can harmonize the Easterners. The Orientals have to yield to some of the knowledge of the West and scientific proposals. I had to combine at the end, the best of the Eastern wisdom teachings with the Western practicality in science. I then saw that both worlds had the best if you can combine them. My teachings, my books, my recordings are aimed to not only install the heart in entrepreneurship but the wisdom in leadership. Plus, the science of energy that we need to master because even Peter Drucker had told that the last century was for business development. This early century is for self-development, but I add to him to say that, “In this time where there are failing times, we need self-mastery.”
If you can measure something, you can manage it. If you can audit, you can control the results. Share on XMaster has several programs that he teaches. We are going to focus on the word that he used when he was speaking sustainable. We’re going to focus on sustainable success during failing times as where we’re struggling here in the United States with racial issues, with COVID-19 and with wildfires in the West. It feels like 2020 is the year that’s going to make or break the United States and worldwide as well. In normal times, even many people, no matter how intelligent they are, no matter what level of executive they are, they can hardly balance their life in all areas. Many succeed in business, but they fail in their family life or their health. Master, is there a simplified strategy to be sustainably successful in all areas of your life?
I had written a book From Success to Fulfillment that indicates that any time in our life, normal, abnormal, inside a box, outside the box, or our failing times now with volatility, predictability, the ambiguity of our lives, there are five areas to serve to balance them and eventually be self-fulfilled. Without these five areas, we can succeed in one and fail in the other. I call it the failure of success because I’ve done it myself. I failed many times. I learned from my own wisdom of experience. I have to name them because if you can name something, you can solve and measure something. If you can measure, you can manage it. If you can audit yourself, you can control the results. These five areas, family life, career life, health life, future life, and social life with contributions to society are important to put an agenda that makes it robust, flowering and blossoming.
Most people focus on work-life balance, which is just about work and family. They can excel in these areas but fail in health because they don’t focus on their health or they’re not growing spiritually so their values are not up to the mark for their next steps. When I wrote the book, I had indicated that they should not follow my footsteps when I failed in some areas of my life, because I focused on career and moneymaking and then my health as I was in martial arts. I didn’t focus much on family life because you get busy in the rat race of everyday living that you forget that you are a human being with five areas of life. I’d like to indicate that you can measure your performance and score your five areas of life to see where are your seeds of failure. Success is not just about the to-dos. There are less not to-dos. If you can know what not to do with the five areas of life then you can have a creative way to navigate what to do.
I indicated a lot of what not to do in these five areas and chart them so that you can see how many percent do you focus on each area. When I teach corporate people, they are big even 60% on the work-life and maybe 15% on family life, but their health is low and their spirituality is almost zero. The social contribution might have a little chart but most of them do not also contribute to society because they are focused on their moneymaking saving for the rainy day. When I look at the balance formula, these are the common factor, which you can see whether you are balanced in what area or imbalanced. When you know what’s imbalanced, you can measure your time allocation, your investments of talent, your investments of resources, and expenditure of your life to see which are areas that are aspired of your time or your talent and which are all were done so that you can navigate the different allocations for your next step chart.
You have a current chart and you’ll see if you’re happy with it, and then you have your destiny charts for six months or one year where you have to plan now that, “From now on, I don’t want my old chart. I will have to navigate my life with a better time for my health, my spiritual development, and my social contribution.” It then evens out. It doesn’t have to be the same. If you are a start-up in business, you need to put more time in business, but do not put zero in your spirituality because that will catch up with you. That’s the seeds of failure that I see. When you don’t have much time for spiritual development. There’s a time that you experience what we call the dark night of the soul, where the soul imposes its scourge on the personality and ego for it to wake up again.
I admire the idea that your zeros will catch up with you. As a healthcare professional, I am all the time filling prescriptions for people whose health is catching up with them. Can you maybe explain to the readers what’s the difference between spirituality and religion?
In terms of the common terms, religion is an organized way of worshiping a deity, a transcendent deity or imminent. In Buddhism, they siloed their eminent God within. In Hinduism, Judaism, and Abrahamic, religion like Christianity and Islam, they are worshiping the transcendent God that is bigger, macro, and maybe a father figure. In religion, we do a lot of preset practices that were organized a long time ago and do not have to adapt in modern times because they are rigid and fixed. Now, spirituality is a creative way of discovering yourself, who you are until you pursue the meaningful existence base on what you realize about who you are. It’s personal because it’s a touch of the light inside you and your soul that you follow. Some of those, you don’t need a religion or a teacher to be spiritual. A person can be spiritual without being religious.
A person can be religious and not spiritual, or a person can be religious and also spiritual. You can have those or religious. In terms of spirituality, it looks more on the path of enlightenment. First, enlighten your mind, so that you can think clearly, and with philosophies and principles, you guide your life. If you are not an emotional person, you can use your mind to work for win-win outcomes, for principles to guide your decision making and your choices. If you’re emotional, you can hone your emotional intelligence to have heart orientation where you sense the conscience of a ruler versus in decision making, which I call the wisdom of the heart. Emotional intelligence, the wisdom of the heart has to be hone in spiritual development, not only the devotional and passionate worship of a God. It doesn’t care about another except your relations to God.
I discount the fact that when people are spiritual, they decided to develop the unity and diversity in humanity. They can respect the religions of others. They can respect other cultures and the creeds of others. At the same time, they still are stable enough to follow their own inclination or realization. After you self-realize something bigger than yourself, what you did and your career, you find your spiritual path. From that on, you start to build more meaning into what you do base on the insights of wisdom, your higher philosophy, self-discovery and realization. These self-realizations will bring the self-actualizations when you tread your path to do them. The path of self-mastery is the highest path because the self is also growing from the ego to higher ego, to your personality, to your soul, to your spirit and to your absoluteness. These are the path of self-mastery.
Enlightenment was used by the Buddhists and the Hindus as a path to discover your soul and to be one with the universe or to the macro deity. I have to use different words because people are equating self-mastery as enlightenment. Enlightenment is the process by which you achieve self-mastery, but self-mastery includes developing power, not just mind and love. That is where a lot of people tend to fail and get stuck because since they are trained to develop the heart only, or enlightened their minds, they forget that power is also a path through divinity. This omnipotence, this all mightiness of divinity is part of godliness. People only pursued the heart, which is the all-loving aspect and the all-merciful part of God or deity. They enlightened mind to pursue our careers and also our life’s purpose. Incomplete pursuit will always imbalance you.
When you have so much heart without power, you would be a victim of others. If you have too much power without the heart, you become bossy, a dictator and you become a destroyer. When you have so much mind without the heart, you become greedy. A person can be intelligent, amass wealth and lonely because they don’t have anything to share because they don’t have friends to share it. Too much intelligence without power you cannot also rule a certain territory in some. When I teach people, this is the basic precept and philosophy that I teach them so that their life will not just balance the five areas of life in a horizontal way, but in an ascending pattern.
I love the idea of an ascending pattern. What I was thinking about when you were giving us that marvelous definition and explanation is that when people try to live their life with no particular meaning or directed purpose, almost always, I have noticed in my line of work and with the coaching clients that I’ve dealt with, is that loneliness that you’ve mentioned. Please know that I’m totally grateful to you for sharing that. That was wonderful. In this world full of turmoil and life is not being normal as we know it, is there a new meaning for success as far as you’re concerned? Is it possible to make success sustainable in this new normal that we’re all facing?
I think this is the greatest challenge of our failing time. I say failing because it’s volatile and unpredictable. I would say difficult to navigate because of the combination of the global economy shutting down or melting down. We had the pandemic restrictions of not able to work as you wish. You have also a lot of other rules that change every time, like schizophrenic rules of the government and healthcare. It’s confusing now, even to put a formula. I go back to my principle that at any time, whether it’s normal, abnormal, or failing times, we need to stick with the five areas of life. If we are out of work and then our mission is to go and find new work, whether we’re happy or not, and forget again our children and our relatives who might need us to advise them for certain things, it is starting to imbalance the scale of balance.
I would still go to the five areas of life and find out where are we failing now. Maybe people went out of work their career life is almost getting to zero. Maybe they have overspent their time with their family because they are quarantined. That is good because what they missed when they were busy doing business, now they have to increase that time with the family to catch up with their missing grades. When people are not healthy, before a pandemic came, they need to start to focus on restoring back their health because I think in any time of our lives, if we lose our health, the other meaningful activities will start to also be in a regressive and losing ends. If we have our core health as an important priority, and then we can be strong enough to work harder longer hours, we have more time with our family and sleep less, but our energy is higher, our vitality is always growing, our mind is still focused, our emotions are still stable, then we can fight out and combat all this against all odds situation.
Our health is our core performance platform to make every other platform succeed. Share on XOur health is our core performance platform to make every other platform succeed. I always tell people, “Now, you focus on your health because you cannot afford to be sick for a month or even go to the hospital because you will be scared about the pandemic contamination.” Core health fitness is important. Equipping our minds to be a tool to foster with our streamline activities so that we can go and specialize in a line that can find better work, better business, and so on. Equipping the mind, self-study like attending your podcast so that people get new information, and also unlearning things. If you study without removing the junks that don’t work anymore, we will put a lot of congestion in our learning process because we mixed the good techniques with the old obsolete techniques.
Aside from self-learning, we need to do unlearning every day. We need to unlearn things that block us away. We need to unlearn anything that blocks our performance. I would make a list and say, “What blocks my performance in all the five areas of life and not just work?” I would check them out and cross them out every day and work against them. Those are contagions of anything. I would also go for new learning processes. How do we learn faster? Like attending a podcast, looking at the YouTube instructions and also getting more marketable by asking people’s opinion about our attitude or aptitude. Before we are hardheaded, since we are succeeding with a lot of money, people think that “This is the right formula.” This time, even a small mistake can lead you to disasters. You cannot afford even small mistakes these days.
Before in good times, you can afford big mistakes and your business still float. This time even a small attitude problem towards a client, we lose an account. We cannot afford another small mistake as we did before. Checklist to me is an important concept. Checklist, adversarial contagions or attitudes that will make a disaster out of the areas of life and work against them. Relearn things that will make them sharper, better, and stronger with higher impact. The competition now in the marketplace if a person has to apply for a job, they’re willing to work longer hours. They need to follow instructions by the tee. They should be looking vital and strong. They should be adaptable to go for lower salaries or something instead of being too fixed.
Secondly, a stronger mind, more critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. The problem solving capability should be learned fast. Decision making capability should be learned really good. Crisis management capability has to be good. Any entrepreneur or a business leader or any leader of any industry has to be good at the four, problem solving, decision making, crisis management and creative adaptability. They need to be adaptable because things are not fixed anymore. This is what I will tell people to develop and also to make their minds sharper and better. Sharper in the sense that’s not technical. They should start to learn how to think strategically, how to see ahead, how to make plan Bs and Cs rather than one plan. How to look for contingency plans. What are the things than can go wrong so that I can solve them ahead? Strategically, people have to be trained. Technically and tactically people have to be more practical.
They have to be sharper. They need to be penetrating. Overall, I trained people on how to read other people so that they can greatly adapt to their expectations. How to read situations so that they become situational managers? How to read at the end includes tactical advantage, strategic advantage and also intuitive, anticipative intelligence. You need to anticipate now things that can go wrong. It’s not anymore said that, “I will solve it when it comes.” Those qualities have to be honed in people nowadays to survive and thrive even during failing times. When people are not thinking, you are thinking, you have clarity. When people are stressed and emotional and almost having a breakdown, you are stable and you’re the one helping people. They are perceiving you as the asset in a company or in the market. When people are not making a decision, you are ready to make a decision that is clear.
When people are in crisis, you are the one helping people in crisis instead of being the victim of the crisis. When people are logical, they are being intuitive, strategic, and tactical. These are advantages that make you a cutting-edge in your industry, whatever you choose to do because it equips you with things that people are now lacking. When you hear people complaining, you’re not complaining about them. You are thinking that “I have a client who’s complaining.” That’s where the money is. People who complain about are problems that you solve. You should not be in the part of complaining, you are the victim and the client. You should be listening to complaints of people because you say, “I can understand that. I can solve that and this.” When people complain, I would say, “That’s a good opportunity for me.”
That’s my favorite line that I’ve heard in such a long time, “When people are complaining, it’s an opportunity for me.” I want to underscore a couple of things for the readers out there. What Master said was these are things you need to learn, which means that they are in fact learnable. It may have sounded scary and complicated, but the reality is that we are facing what we’re facing. The people that get on in these times will either find a way or create their own way. Please, readers, take a deep breath and remember that everything that Master talked about are things that you can learn. While you’re busy learning, other people are complaining and throwing their hands up in the air. This is an opportunity and this is how successful thinkers think. You have been mentoring many leaders around the world from small to medium-sized corporations and enterprises, including maybe even a few billionaires. What are you telling them?
My basic strategy is to talk about the Trinity. We are made of the mind, that’s our light. We are made of the heart and that’s the love. We are made of vitality and that is power. All our imbalances and the success formula reside in the Trinity because God is a Trinity or the deity. We called a macrocosmic deity. If we can copy any of that quality of divinity, that is where we have balance or imbalance if we don’t. For example, I told you that we are made of a power vitality, your will, your power of influence or power. Your intelligence, whether it’s tactical mind, intelligent or strategic mind intelligence is where you can think of ideas, solutions, decisions, and sequencing of our goals and game plans. If you are focused on achieving things, you need the equipping of the mind. Without also developing the heart, we can succeed mentally. We can have the power to influence people, but then we are lonely because we have not shared much of our success authentically with people. Just give it out and pour your heart out.
People will enjoy that from us. As people get richer, they get assassinated or kidnapped their children. People are starting to get paranoid when they become successful thinking that they are now the key people. The ego started to change. Anyone from the poorest, the richest people, they need to master the Trinity and balance them. Any imbalance in the three will make an imbalance in the external daily life. If there’s only one formula that I like to indicate as a bulletproof surefire strategy to be in the line of work or line of business is to hone and sharpen the three aspects. You have to hone and develop your vitality to stay even up late at night and wake up early and you are not complaining because you have the energy. Without energy, all the talents cannot work because people lose the battery. Even if you have a very smart phone, if your battery is almost zero, you cannot use the intelligent phone.
Second, without love, people do not share what they succeed with and they do not share enough comfort and attrition. The Law of Attraction is always followed by a lot of people, by visualization, by putting boards. That is good as long as you’re entitled to receive what you want. Otherwise, everyone who will visualize that will win at the lottery will all win if the Law of Attraction works altogether. There’s also the Law of Entitlement in any manifestation. When people do use the heart, they will be entitled to receive more and not only more, but the good things only. You can also keep on receiving the things that are good for now, but bad in the future. You need that heart to be conscious, to know the right things to do, the right things to give and receive so that your heart keep you sustained in harmony. The mind keeps you going to increase your wealth, assets, plans and so on to be further and way ahead.
The power makes you sustain your heart and your mind to be in proper balance. If these three things that I wanted to teach people, I will teach them how to develop their power sustainably, how to develop the heart and live with good conscience and good values and develop the mind to be able to be way ahead and keep on going without stopping. Because by the time you stop in a sliding scale, you will go back again. That’s the formula. I’ve taught billionaires. I have five billionaire clients, four in India and one in the Philippines. The poorest people also are my clients because they come as sick people. They want to heal their burnout and their total breakdown. I also heal their families. I feel peace with myself because I can be in a range of the billionaires and also the poorest of the poor. I serve a lot of nonprofit. I created at least fifteen nonprofit works around the world and I also serve a good cause. The joy that I experienced is the fuel for me to feel that I’m doing okay even now. Without the joy and the happiness that you feel in harmony, all the successful things tend to be meaningless or less meaningful. You’re starting to doubt yourself again, “Am I on the right track?”
One of the sources of fear is the level of preparation. Share on XThat’s amazing because one of The Seven Laws of 21st Century Leadership in my book, The Successful Thinker is the law of the heart. You did a great job of explaining why it matters. At the end of the day, there’s something about this knowing that you are kind and that you are doing something with your life above and beyond the dollars that you earned. It gives you a power that most people can’t understand. Thank you for that. You did a great job explaining that. One of the other things that we haven’t quite touched on, but it’s that fear that people are feeling now. It’s scary to know that you could easily be out of a job. COVID has startled even people who thought their job was secure beyond limits. How do you think people could best prepare themselves to look ahead and manage unpredictable times?
One of the sources of fear is the lack of preparation because even I said, “Good luck chooses people who prepare for it.” That’s part of my quote. When people think that good luck will just come because you bought a lottery and you win one day. Even those who won the lottery, they use their money unwisely and they lose it in a few years. Having money is not the key to be sustained successfully, but more of the wisdom of life that we learn, whatever level of wisdom. It doesn’t have to be always the sage and that we must be wise. We can be wise in our own ways by learning from our own lessons. If we are in trouble already and we are in denial, and we think that God will take care of me, the guard will take care of me, the police will protect me, or the government will give us loans, these are the people who do not take their destiny into their hands so they will fail in the end. We should take charge of our life. Do not just wait for the government to solve all your problems.
Do not wait for the hospitals to take care of your health. Do not wait for the financial manager to manage your money. You have to learn new things that have to work because that is your only choice. People have to wake up to be out of denial that are still waiting for solutions instead of taking care of the solutions. Be responsible right now to solve your problem. Before you can solve your problem, you have to name the problem. You have to know what’s the potential problem that can happen to me. Because if you are forewarned, you can be forearmed. If we forewarn ourselves that this can tend to get wrong and difficult, how do I solve it now? Who am I going to call to help me? Who is the wise person to give me advice? It’s one call away. If we have helped many people, they will help you this time. If you have not helped anyone, this is the time to invest in barters. Whatever you can barter right now, just do it.
Assess your talents and in your life. Your mind is an asset. Your emotion is an asset. If you’re a trainer, you barter your training to get healed from others. This is time to have an inventory of your assets, physical assets, your personality attitudes with your assets. If you’re a loving person this is the time to connect and advice people when they’re in trouble. Even you’re not a coach, you don’t have to be a coach to advice. You just listen to others’ conversation and say, “Let’s change your story. Do you want to have a story that’s failing or you want to have a new story and a new narrative? What’s your new narrative?” Somebody listening to people, they create a new narrative that is better than before. I would say equipping our personality to be able to cope up. Coping up is the first. Surviving can happen when you are able to cope up with emergencies. Assessing things that we can sell now, nonperforming assets, what are they? What are the things I can sell before nobody will buy those things? Even junks, sometimes people buy junks.
In the Philippines, we buy junk bottles, junk things and make money. When people are throwing their junks, another person is looking for money from the junks. When people are having garbage, people are saying, “I’ll put a garbage car. I can collect and you pay me.” People have to think of creative things and how to survive first. Before survival happens, we have to be safe first. This is my formula. Sustainability depends on survival. Survival depends on safety, and safety depends on security. People have to solve backward. I want to be sustainable, but I cannot be sustainable if somebody is putting their guns on my neck or knife because I did not protect my window or my door.
Whether we like it or not in anarchy time and in civil unrest time, the rules will change. There’s no rule from the government. Everybody will have their own survival instincts to kill, to loot, as we are seeing now in the United States and other countries. We need to prepare for the worst, but hope for the best. In good times, we hope for the best and prepare for the worst. In bad times, we have to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. It’s an opposite formula.
That’s intelligent because what you said to me was that we have to prepare and equip ourselves. A lot of people are looking to different governments and thinking, “Who’s going to come and save me?” The answer I got from you was no one. No one’s coming and this is important. People are much stronger than they believe themselves to be. This wasn’t in our outline, but can you tell me a couple of stories of people that you’ve worked with or people that you’ve known that surprised themselves with how strong they are?
A lot of my disciples now are my patients. They were victims of life. Some of them are suicidal patients that I have to save. I told them, “Can you postpone your suicidal attempts and wait for tomorrow because it’s 2:00 AM? I can better work on your suicidal issues at 7:00 AM so can you postpone it for a few hours?” They do that because I have to talk to them and say, “Can you postpone because I want to hear why you’re committing suicide?” After that, they sleep with it. In the morning, I talked to them listen to their problems. Their problems are not so big. It’s just that they don’t have the will to solve it. They have no more will to exist. When I look at these things, I have learned that people have talent and love, but have no power. When you have a lot of love without power, they tend to be victimized because they cannot say no to anyone. By increasing their will, their fear and depression go down. It’s inverse.
When your will-power goes up, your depression and your problems go down. Perceive lower even if it’s the same. When willpower, energy, and stamina go down, everything is becoming difficult. One of the things I switched onto them, which is this story, I switched this lady’s willpower by squatting, exercising, doing a lot of oxygenation breathing. I have to do squat kick in martial arts and that sets this lady on fire. I then increase her mind by thinking of what’s her story. I said, “If you do not kill yourself, what can you do now that can bring a little bit more meaningful for a week, just one week at a time?” She said, “I will revisit my boyfriend and maybe I apologize for betraying him. At least before I died, I apologized.” This small questions sometimes can lead to answers. That question, “What can you do now? What are you not doing yet so that your life becomes better?” I ask those two questions. What are you not doing yet and what would you do now?
They will go from the problem to a solution stage. This lady had now become a trainer and a healer. That’s how I feel so happy because if I’m a victim, they become the healer who were saved through anger and rage. I have to make sure that the rage has to come out through healing. I have to like talk to them to listen to their source of complaints. As I said, if somebody is complaining about their anger, listen, and make them as a client and help them and you grow together. This guy has so much rage. He almost killed his family and so on. After I facilitated him to vent out, I make his heart bigger. There are chakras or energy centers in your body and your aura that you can activate. I have a technique of activating the heart easily with energy, with pink and gold color. You can touch your heart, focus on your heart, and you bless your family with love. You make the heart bigger.
If your heart is bigger, you feel better. When you can do that to a patient or a client, they never felt that before so they cry. They said, “I wouldn’t have hurt anybody if I feel this way.” One of my clients was a criminal and I was healing him in jail because I used to have a project of healing people in jail in Colombia, in India and Houston. This person had killed a few people. In his confession, he said that he never felt any form of love, sweetness, or anything because he was a victim of abuse. He is poor, not educated, and exposed to gangs that are cruel. He adapted their style. After three visits, I was able to clean up his anger through talk and energy. I make his heart bigger because I can make a person’s heart and open them for energy. I make his heart double his emotional upheaval. He cried and cried and said, “If I only felt this way before, I would not hurt anybody. I only hurt people because I don’t even feel what is love and what is sweetness. I only feel rage and anger.”
There are solutions to most problems. It’s just that what solution does accelerate the speed of recovery versus the speed of degeneration? If that’s achieved through medicine, healing, massage, acupuncture, and pharmaceutical solutions, then things can be healed. Healing only happens when the speed of recovery by any technique is faster than the speed of decay and degeneration. If that is so, we need to improve many techniques that speed up their process of recovery, even growing the costs and the problem.
Good luck chooses people who prepare for it. Share on XMy mouth is dropping because I love the way you explain things in a way that speaks to me. The idea that anyone can maybe step back and look at their life and see, “Maybe my problems aren’t that big. Maybe there’s a new way to look at it.” In The Successful Thinker book, there’s something called the Law of the Story. Maybe my story is off. Where does this story come from? Is it even true? Bless you, for sharing that with our audience. When you have a workshop, what do you teach? How do you teach sustainable success during failing times in your workshops and things of that nature?
First, I teach them about assessing their current situation and the status where they’re in. Without a reality check, people will be hearing a lot of speakers that are teaching them how to be billionaires and millionaires, but they have first to have $100. If they are aiming billions and they don’t have $1,000 now, subconsciously they are giving their own Attraction Law. When your mind says, “I can,” but your subconscious says, “I cannot,” there’s a repulsion energy that is negating your attraction. I have to make people analyze for us where they are now and what’s up this time. They assess their five years of life. What’s up to your family life? What’s happening with your career life and finances? What’s happening to your health? What’s happening to your spiritual values? What’s happening to your social life? We assess that in a chart and grade them 0 to 10. The higher grade is better.
When we assess them, they know, “This is my seed of failure. I never thought that I was bad with this, but now that I have named it and I have realized the grade, now I have a decision to make.” Decisions are not up to date because people don’t know what to decide for and what is the status? What grade is bad and failing? What grade is passing? We then analyze also what is the new benchmark for you to say that I am successful now when I don’t have a job? Having a job is already successful. When you have a million and having $1,000,001 is already successful compared before that you are aiming for $1 billion. You have to put things into check and reality. Second, scoring things might give you a reality check rather than assumptions.
Assumptions can be raised from 0 to 100. When you’re starting to think deeper and write things, you are more accurate than if you are just playing in your mind where fear is poking your assumptions. Anger is poking up your decisions, and depression is poking up your opportunities. When you put things into perspective by knowing where am I failing and where am I succeeding, your urgent important things will become meaningful. Most people because of reactive and emotional upheavals are doing a lot of the urgent but not important. They are prioritizing the important but not urgent things. You don’t have all the time to do urgent things and important things, but you have enough time, money, and talent to do the urgent and important things first. People don’t have the time poverty concept. They have all the time now in the pandemic. They are not even working but they said, “I don’t have time.” What are you doing anyway? How do you prioritize?
Streamline the life that simplified life strategy. You should be dealing with the most urgent important things as firefighting, while you are developing the medium important and urgent. The important things that you don’t have the budget, share them, and write them down. Do not forget them, but write them down so that you don’t forget them long-term. Secondly, is people have to know the principles or they make decisions and navigate their next step. I will not make a decision if it’s against my core principle so that I can reduce many things that are possible without making mistakes. People can make mistakes by thinking of the short-term gratification and sacrifice their long-term life, and make a criminal act and fraud. They need to know what is the don’t do things. If I got hungry, I should not eat poison. If my children are hungry, I should not steal and kill somebody for the sake of feeding my child.
If there’s a core philosophy that we should not violate when making a decision, that will keep you safe for the long and short-term. That one, I will put people to know that, “What’s your core principle that you should not violate when you make decisions or move to the next step?” You then can be creative to be navigating around it. The third is to assess what’s your next standard of success that you do not sacrifice, your health, family and your principles. Your social contacts might be less and less, but you choose your best friend. You don’t forget your best friend. I usually tell them to develop two groups, a critique group that will check and balance their blind spot, and their resource group that gives you the ideas and validate ideas and springboard ideas.
Most people only like to hear from friends who tell them the good things, the easy way out. You need a person who will tell you what it is and do not get afraid of your reactions because this is important to check and balance your blind spots, your pitfalls and your traps. Without this critique person, individual or group, you cannot be safe to do your plan A without a contingency. You have to have a contingency plan based on the critique group. The resource group is what you bring your opportunities. Sometimes your threats, if you do the SWOT analysis. Your strengths, your weaknesses, your opportunities, and threats. The critic group can elucidate your threats easily. Not your friends. Your friends can navigate you with your opportunities. They always talk about your strengths. They don’t want to hurt you. They never mention your weaknesses, but your critic group will focus first on your weaknesses and your threats and your risks.
That is where you need them to mitigate the risk so that you do not get into a trap. These are the things I commonly teach. Also, stress and fatigue management are essential. As I said, if we are stressed, if we are fatigued, we become less intelligent and wrong decisions can happen. If we are not sleeping well, we are not able to recover our health, we make bad decisions when you’re grouchy and tired. When we are mentally blocked, it’s hard to think of clear ideas that are the next step. When we’re emotionally angry, we cannot think clearly. These are all important things that I do for the five hours of my workshop, two parts. Self-discovery and unfolding the new benchmark of success. The formula for sustainability, you need survival. In survival, you need safety, and in safety, you need security. These things are part of their milestones and they have to do that landmark assessment.
Master, I’m fascinated because when I came down to my microphone and I was thinking, to make this interview happen, it’s late-night in Wisconsin, where I am and it’s morning in the Philippines where you are. I was tired and now, I would like to stay up all night and listen to you speak. To respect your time, we will wrap this discussion up here. I want you to know that in my mind, I’m just considering this part one because I’m going to beg you to come back and speak with me again. Before I let you go, I was hoping you could tell our readers how they can access your books and talks. I know you have over twelve books and over 100 courses, not only in balancing life but also in self-development and self-mastery. What are the key services that you offer and how can my audience find you?
I don’t want to oversell so I would just specify what we do so that people can choose and make decisions. I have www.MasterDelPe.com as our main platform if they want to know what I’m doing as an individual, master and mentor. I have three institutes in the United States, which have been done internationally. I have the Wisdom Institute for Leadership & Global Advancement. This focuses on corporate training, organizational training, in-house training, and also mentoring leaders, executives, and even people who are seeking for higher truth.
My core is to install wisdom in leadership, whatever leadership you pursue and the heart of entrepreneurship and business, because that is the major promise now that makes the world difficult. The lack of conscience of people in business and the lack of wisdom and leaders who leaves us in our life in governments, in institutions. If I can only do that to help leaders bring more wisdom in their life that is a win-win and the heart that brings more the golden rule and the Law of Karma into perspective. What you give most is what you receive most.
If you give friendliness, you receive friendliness. More of the conscience of including others in our decision making, including the role reversals to make sure that decisions can be good for long-term and short-term goal. That’s my institute. It is divided into three sections. Self-care is where people have to take care of their health holistically. Self-development is for people to equip them with tools to navigate their life and even the more difficult life to balance and get fulfilled. For more advanced speakers who want to jump, they can go to self-mastery. Let’s do forecasting better than just guessing them with logic because I believe less and less of the past data justify the future curve. You cannot logicalize things. It’s out of logic. It’s out of what we learned from school. That’s why I believe that after these few years, whatever we learn in school will be obsolete that people who graduated in a few years will not be able to work.
The problem solving of tomorrow and the decision making are sophisticated and complicated that our education will be rendered obsolete because the professors who are teaching now cannot solve this from tomorrow. They were not exposed to those cases. They did not think of a lateral way of looking at things. They have not seen the complexity, the gravity, and the unprecedented like the black swan of our economy, and many people are still academic in approach. Nowadays decision making is so bad because most of the people are talking about solutions in the government and they are all academic-minded.
Having money is not the key to be sustained successfully, but more of the wisdom of life that we learn. Share on XYou cannot solve a complicated problem with academic thinking. I would say that people have to go with people like you, who are always researching, who are always interviewing people who have new ways of thinking, a new thought leadership. People who are outside the box, people who are intuitive, people who are looking at things inside out, not on the inside but out. To go to my WIID. The WIID is called the World Institute for Incurable Diseases. This is important because we are healing COVID-19 and there are side effects that are not yet discovered by doctors. We have predicted a lot of the other side effects before doctors in March because I teach specialists on that.
Many of the things doctors are now finding, I have already told them in my workshop. These are the ramifications of COVID-19 and SARS-Cov-2. It’s not a preliminary thing like ARDS. It’s not just the guts. It will affect the nervous system, limbic system and this and that. They are claiming it now where I have recorded everything in my workshop about this. We do a lot of the incurable disease like schizophrenia, ADD and menopausal energy. I’ve been healing a lot of HIV and AIDS in Africa. I went to Africa for two years to do a lot of research and heal a lot of people there. Diabetes type 1 and type 2and even gestational diabetes. I do that in India.
Cancer and heart disease in the United States and a lot of insulin resistance patterns of humanity. This will be a real problem, not COVID-19. Because of the compression of life, this switch to traumatic level. The complicated diseases will not be healed by one medicine and one solution. It’s complex that if you don’t think of healing the mind first before the physical, if you do not think of the pain and the body, before you reset the mind, if you didn’t hear the emotional garbage from the past, the future is deemed. If you do not awaken the soul, the soul cannot help to take care of the personality and the ego. These are the pandemic of the future. These are the complicated things that medicine cannot solve because it’s complicated that one solution per doctor’s prescription will not be enough because it is gigantic that one small pill cannot do that. You cannot heal loneliness by curing it through pills. Loneliness is emotional. It’s not hormonal.
Many people who are in the dark night of the soul is more and more. People are meaningless. People lose and collapse their definition of who they are. These are called the dark night of the soul. I have written a book on that and I like people to look because I think your audience is more advanced souls. Your people are more advanced seekers who are not looking only for money and success. They’re looking for this in my book Beyond the Dark Night of the Soul. I will give you this as a gift. I’ll send it to you for download. Also, my book From Success to Fulfillment. I talked here about the five levels of intelligence and how to develop them. I have also the highest sense of longevity, the formula of using even your Karmic Law to save your life. I have also the research of the Supercentenarians in Okinawa, Ecuador, Pakistan, and Russia. This is a lot of my research. This is one of the favorite people, the eight types of leaders and the eight types of becoming successful.
We have free consultations for people for 25 minutes. They can go to my website and submit their requests for a reading. We do all those psychic reading and looking at the things because there are many things that are hidden that is not even known to the person. They have to hear, “I didn’t know that I have that problem before when I was a kid.” Sometimes intuitive reading is also important because logical reading is not enough. The WIIDGlobal.com is where they can go to search what are the 57 healing conditions that we can help them with? That’s called a World Institutes for Incurable Diseases. It includes HIV, COVID-19, heart disease and others. The last but not least is my other institute that is for self-mastery, third-eye development, healing sciences, for esoteric philosophy and psychology. They need to go to my Institute called BElife Institute for Higher Consciousness. It’s BIHCGlobal.com.
If they don’t remember anything, they can contact you and you can forward it to them, or they can go to my website and we’ll help them. I’d like to offer, Corey, a gift to your readers. I can give one downloadable book and they can use your name to do this. I can give one as a gift to your reader. I’ll give this gift to you also. Maybe three gifts for your readers. Let them enjoy. You can make a quiz out of whatever we talk about. Whoever can answer maybe so that your readers will be inspired to read more. I admire your ways of interviewing because you are receptive. You follow through and you are sincere in asking because I’m interviewed almost every day by many people. You are so open and receiving like a vessel of consciousness. You learn fast because you are receptive. Most people cannot unlearn because they are so proud of what they learned in academics, that they think they have all the solutions in the world yet they are also ignorant in many ways.
People should follow your style to be open and receptive. To be attentive to details, but also strategically philosophical. You are dealing with the abstract mind and your technical mind and in the heart, you are saving information. You are like honing a new way of learning by involving the heart’s intelligence, the concrete mind, memory, and also the philosophy of the abstract mind. I can say that I see your energy more intuitive. You would read things more than logically in many ways. Still, you talk in logical terms for your readers to read in a more comprehensive way. I rarely meet people who are more complete receptive vessels of intelligence. I’m not surprised if you would influence many people by your style, by your books and your show. I’m happy to be invited by you and hopefully in the future. I hope your readers have gotten some wisdom out of our talk.
I want to thank you because one of the things that have always confused me in this realm is this idea that it’s got to be a 360-degree style that you’re approaching the world with now. As you said, we have no other choice. Master has given you a wonderful blueprint and I want you to know that we’re out here pulling for you. As he said, if you have questions, if you have things that you’re not sure about, you reach out to me and I will make sure that you get those answers. After all, remember what we always say, “I believe in you.” Thanks for reading and God bless you.
